Step 1: Open the Instagram app on your smartphone and log in to your account.

It’s very easy to read the comments under someone else’s post, as long as they have a public account. However, if they have a private account, it can be a little bit difficult.
To see the comments under a post on a private account, you’ll have to first send them a follow request. If they accept your request, you can easily see all of the comments under their posts.
This would be much easier if they were a known acquaintance/friend of yours. We say this because most Instagram users have a private profile these days to protect their privacy and to ensure that only their friends/family engage on their account activity. So, if you and that person know each other, they are more likely to accept your request.

Step 1: Open the Instagram app on your smartphone and log in to your account.
Step 2: Locate and tap on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the screen, which will take you to Instagram’s Explore tab.
Step 3: At the top of the screen, you will see the Instagram Search bar. Type in their username and pick their profile from the search results.
Step 4: If they have a private account, the words This account is private will be written where you can usually see the posts in public profiles. You can send them a follow request by clicking on the Follow button located right under their bio.
Step 5: If they have a public account, then your work is almost done. Just click on any of their posts, and read the comments under it just like you did on your own account.
