1. Activate missed call notification
Step 1: Open your phone and go to the Settings tab.
Step 2: Select the Notifications option; you will find the phone app after scrolling a little.
Step 3: Now, choose the Missed call and toggle on the notifications.
You will see the missed call notification on your lock screen. You can also enable the Truecaller notifications by following the same steps. Additionally, you can activate the settings that show you who dialed your number when your mobile was off by dialing a unique code offered by your network provider.
Then turn on the notifications of other apps you mostly use, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Their notifications will appear on the lock screen, and you can read the entire message by tapping the down arrow. You can slide left the notifications you have seen or don’t want to see.
2. Choose Notification Settings
Step: 1: For this, go to your phone’s Settings app and tap on the Notification button.
Step 2: Select the Notifications on the lock screen and set your phone’s notification defaults.
Step 3: For more notification settings, go to the General section and choose your preferences, like Allow notification snoozing or Hide silent notifications in the status bar.
You can turn on the notification snoozing if you want to get message alerts, even if your phone is locked.
How to See Notifications When iPhone is Locked
You can easily view and manage your notifications on your iPhone or iPad. Follow the steps mentioned below to stay alert and minimize interruptions throughout the day. You can do these settings from the lock screen also.
- Tap the notification of an app to open it.
- Click on the group of notifications to view all recent notifications from that app.
- You can swipe left over a notification to clear it or manage alerts from the app.
