This method is lengthy, but there’s no margin for error here. You’ll have to request Instagram for all your user data. It might take up to fourteen days for them to compile and send you the data, after which you’ll have to sort through it to see those requests.

Step 1: Launch Instagram on your smartphone and log in to your account.

Step 6: Enter your current email address and tap on the Request download button.
Step 7: Enter your password for the account on the next page. That’s it! Now you’ll receive your data sometime in the next fourteen days.
